The People Responsible for Your Painting Project

A painting project works better when you know who to contact. Before work begins, confirm the person handling your proposal, the person coordinating the site and the company responsible for completing the agreed scope.

Confirm your main project contact

Your project contact should be the starting point for questions about scope, color decisions, scheduling and access. Ask how to raise a concern and how changes to the proposal will be recorded.

If you are arranging work for a shared building or commercial property, identify your own approval contact too. Clear responsibilities help avoid conflicting instructions about colors, included surfaces or entry to the property.

Agree on day-to-day responsibilities

Discuss who will arrange access, move items, protect the work area and review completed surfaces. The work plan should also explain how to handle a new condition that is found after preparation begins.

  • Proposal and scope questions.
  • Color and finish approval.
  • Daily access and property coordination.
  • Changes, concerns and the final review.

Ask for the details that matter to you

This page does not publish staff biographies or claim a fixed crew size. The people assigned to a project should be confirmed as part of planning. Use the inquiry form if you would like to discuss who will manage your painting work.

Let’s talk about your project.
