How to Raise a Project Concern

If you have a concern about a painting inquiry or project, use the contact form to explain what happened and what you would like reviewed. Clear details help the appropriate project contact understand the issue.

Include the information needed for review

Provide your name, a working contact method and the property location. Identify the room, surface or part of the project involved. If you have a proposal or other project reference, include enough detail to connect your message to it.

  • A short description of the concern.
  • When you first noticed or raised it.
  • The relevant area or agreed scope item.
  • Photos when they help explain a visible condition.
  • The outcome or clarification you are requesting.

Keep the project documents available

The written proposal, approved changes and earlier messages can help clarify what was agreed. Further information or a visit may be needed to understand a surface condition. Any proposed next step should be discussed with the responsible project contact.

This page explains a way to contact us. It does not add a warranty, change an existing agreement or replace the terms that apply to your project. Avoid sending payment card details or other sensitive information through the general form.

Let’s talk about your project.

Share your service, location, and preferred timing. We’ll follow up about the next step.
